A simple and nutritious protein bread made with just two ingredients: powdered egg whites and cottage cheese. Perfect for healthy snacks or breakfasts.

  • 1 cup powdered egg whites
  • 1 cup cultured cottage cheese
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the powdered egg whites with water and whisk thoroughly until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the cultured cottage cheese to the egg white mixture and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the bread is set and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
