A layered yogurt parfait featuring ripe bananas and a creamy Greek yogurt base, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or light desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (about 470500 g)
  • 1 cup almond milk (240 ml)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Slice the bananas into rounds about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Spread a layer of the yogurt mixture in a clear serving dish, followed by banana slices and granola, if using.
  4. Repeat the layers until all components are used, finishing with a final layer of yogurt.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1–3 hours before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Granola can be omitted for fewer calories or a smoother texture. Store granola separately if making ahead.
