A healthier twist on classic chicken fried rice, packed with protein and bold garlic flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and mixed vegetables.
  4. Combine cooked rice with the chicken mixture.
  5. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, use leftover rice that has been refrigerated overnight.
