A delicious and customizable California Turkey Club Wrap featuring deli turkey, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, lettuce, and tomato, all rolled in a tortilla for a satisfying meal.

  • 4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 oz sliced turkey breast (deli-sliced preferred)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (crispy)
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  2. Arrange turkey slices in a single even layer across the center third of the tortilla.
  3. Place one crispy bacon slice (or two halves) on top of the turkey.
  4. Add avocado slices next and press gently so they stay in place.
  5. Sprinkle shredded lettuce and arrange tomato slices over the avocado.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Starting from the bottom edge, fold the sides in slightly.
  8. Roll the tortilla tightly away from you, keeping the filling compact.
  9. Use a sharp knife to slice each wrap diagonally in half. Serve immediately.

Notes

Wraps made with avocado are best eaten the same day. For meal prep, keep avocado and tomato separate until ready to assemble.
