A quick and indulgent meal combining garlic bread with creamy chicken Alfredo, topped with melty mozzarella and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf garlic bread (store-bought or homemade; a French or Italian loaf works well)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (jarred or homemade)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise so you have two flat surfaces.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce in a bowl. Stir until evenly coated and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the chicken-and-sauce mixture evenly over each half of the garlic bread.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Switch to broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top, watching closely to avoid burning.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for a minute, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, toast the bread cut-side-down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes before topping to prevent sogginess.
