A guilt-free chocolate ice cream that is protein-packed and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat recommended, 220g)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 3-5 tbsp maple syrup (or honey, to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
  2. Blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or an additional piece of parchment to avoid freezer burn.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours to let it solidify properly.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, then scoop into bowls.

Notes

For even creamier ice cream, use full-fat cottage cheese. Adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey based on your preference.
