  • 1 cup cooked chicken nuggets, chopped or bite-sized
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, cooked chicken nuggets, and marinara sauce in a bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Mix in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe serving dish, spreading it into an even layer.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top.
  5. Microwave for 2–3 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
