Delicious and protein-packed cottage cheese wraps that are easy to make and perfect for any meal.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the wrap is set and lightly golden.
  5. Let the wrap cool completely on the baking sheet before gently peeling it off the parchment paper.
  6. Cut the wrap into two sections, fill with your favorites, roll up, and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cottage cheese. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
