  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a glaze.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle the glaze evenly over them.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, increase the chili flakes. Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes after baking for juicier slices.
