Delicious and nourishing pancakes made with ripe bananas and protein powder, perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout snack.

  • 3 tablespoons of pea or whey protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana (around ⅓ cup mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • A splash of water or milk (optional, for adjusting consistency)

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick fry-pan over medium to low heat and grease it well with oil or butter.
  2. Peel the banana and add it to a food processor or blender along with the eggs and protein powder. Secure the lid tightly.
  3. Blend the mixture until it becomes a thick, smooth, and pourable batter. Adjust consistency if necessary.
  4. Pour the batter into a milk jug for easy pouring into the pan.
  5. Pour the pancake mixture into the heated pan and cook until golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.

Notes

Use a ripe banana for the best flavor and natural sweetness. Grease the pan well to prevent sticking.
