  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative (240 ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Whisk the wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, leaving small lumps.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium and grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
