Tender and juicy Greek turkey meatballs baked to perfection, served with a creamy tzatziki for a delicious and healthy meal.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, aiming for 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve warm with a dollop of tzatziki or on a platter for serving.
