  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Sear the seasoned chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish in a single layer.
  6. Top each piece of chicken with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle hot honey evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
