Fun, festive no-bake truffles made from Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and cream cheese, dipped in white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 12 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, crumbled
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 810 oz (225–285 g) white chocolate or candy melts, for coating
  • 12 tablespoons festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until uniform.
  3. Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in bursts until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate to coat evenly.
  7. Sprinkle with festive sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Let the chocolate set at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
