Ingredients

  • 280g digestive biscuits
  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • 200g Maltesers
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 50g icing sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line your chosen baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Break up your digestive biscuits into large pieces.
  3. Melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and unsalted butter in a bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  4. Allow this mixture to cool slightly before you proceed.
  5. Fold in the crushed biscuits, Maltesers, and mini marshmallows until fully combined.
  6. Spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish evenly.
  7. Dust with icing sugar if desired.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 180 minutes until firm.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
