Delicious bite-sized Mini Christmas Cheesecakes that bring a festive twist to the classic dessert. Perfect for holiday gatherings!

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Festive sprinkles for topping
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the sour cream and heavy cream, mixing thoroughly until combined.
  4. Prepare your mini muffin pan with mini cupcake liners and scoop a small amount of crushed graham crackers into each liner.
  5. Fill each liner with the cheesecake mixture, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the centers are set but still slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool completely before transferring to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with festive sprinkles right before serving for that extra holiday zing!
