A crisp, golden crust topped with a silky roasted garlic cream, tender shredded chicken, and bubbling mozzarella and Parmesan for a cozy yet elevated pizza experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade), rolled to desired thickness
  • 12 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 1/23/4 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • 1 1/22 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/41/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil, for drizzling and crust brushing
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface to your preferred thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a preheated pizza stone or an oiled baking sheet.
  4. Sauce the creamy garlic sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Top the sauce with shredded chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil around the exposed crust and over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden-brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Finish by garnishing with chopped fresh parsley, then slice and serve.

Notes

For the creamy garlic sauce, you can use a jarred white sauce or make your own with sour cream and roasted garlic. Dairy-free options are available using plant-based cheese alternatives.
