Delightful bite-sized snacks that combine creamy cheesecake flavors and tangy strawberries while being packed with protein.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 0.25 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (any kind, as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, gradually add 1-2 tablespoons of milk, mixing until you achieve a moldable consistency.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
  6. Enjoy them right away or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

For a vegan version, simply replace cream cheese with a plant-based alternative and use a vegan protein powder. You can also experiment with different fruits or add chopped nuts for extra texture.
