A quick and delicious air fryer recipe featuring sticky sweet chili chicken and crispy Brussels sprouts, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 to 1.5 lb total)
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat thoroughly.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  6. Add Brussels sprouts to the basket around the chicken.
  7. Air fry at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping chicken and shaking sprouts halfway.
  8. Check doneness: chicken should register 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
  9. Let chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes

Best served fresh. Pair with rice or a quick salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
