  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened (about 8 oz)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, and sour cream in a large bowl.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, stir in a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, or add herbs like parsley or chives.
