A creamy, tangy casserole combining shredded chicken, tzatziki, feta, and crunchy vegetables, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced (seeds optional)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish (8×8 or similar) with a little oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and tzatziki sauce into a large bowl. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Add the crumbled feta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and diced red onion to the bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Mix gently until well combined; be careful not to mash the tomatoes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until heated through and the top shows slight browning. If desired, broil for 1–2 minutes for more color, watching closely.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if using, then serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
