  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, corn, and broccoli)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by shredding the cooked chicken and chopping mixed vegetables.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Sauté the mixed vegetables until tender and tender-crisp.
