A bright, creamy, and tangy twist on traditional tuna salad, featuring Greek yogurt and fresh vegetables for added crunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (approximately 120 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread for sandwiches, lettuce leaves for wraps, or crackers for scooping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of tuna and transfer to a mixing bowl. Flake with a fork.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
  3. Fold in the diced celery and red onion until evenly distributed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix briefly.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drain the tuna thoroughly to avoid a watery salad. Adjust seasoning after chilling for best flavor.
