  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and let it sizzle briefly until fragrant.
  3. Cook the ground turkey until no pink remains and it begins to brown.
  4. Stir in the diced bell peppers and broccoli florets; sauté until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in 2 tablespoons soy sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
  6. Serve the turkey-vegetable mixture over hot cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
