A creamy, protein-rich dessert or snack made with chia seeds and cocoa, perfect for meal prep and healthy eating.

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits or nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and clump-free.
  3. Let sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any lumps.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  5. Serve chilled and top with fruits, nuts, seeds, or nut butter.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk or add Greek yogurt. Increase sweetness after chilling if desired.
