A creamy, smoky dip made with Greek yogurt, crumbled bacon, and ranch seasoning, perfect for a quick and protein-rich snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or nonfat)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 45 slices)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • Chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp in a skillet or bake at 400°F for 12–18 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Crumble the cooked bacon into roughly 1/4-inch pieces.
  3. Add 1 cup Greek yogurt to a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet over the yogurt.
  5. Mix in the crumbled bacon.
  6. Stir vigorously until creamy and uniform.
  7. Taste and adjust with salt or lemon if needed.
  8. Chill for 10–20 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker dip, strain the yogurt or fold in cream cheese. Can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
