A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring crispy potstickers, vibrant vegetables, and a savory soy-ginger glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1216 potstickers (fresh or frozen)
  • 23 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, julienned carrots)
  • 23 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish
  • 12 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat.
  2. Place potstickers in a single layer, flat side down. Let them cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until the bottoms are deeply golden. Flip and brown the other side another 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the hot oil and cook for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 4–5 minutes, until bright and slightly tender.
  5. Return potstickers to the pan, pour the soy sauce over everything and toss gently to coat.
  6. Remove from heat and scatter sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier variation, add chili flakes or fresh chiles. Adjust soy sauce to taste for more or less saltiness.
