A delightful, creamy protein-packed dessert combining Greek yogurt with bananas and vanilla pudding.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (150g)
  • 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix (sugar-free, 11g)
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)
  • 3 whole vanilla wafers (sugar-free recommended, 14g, crushed)
  • 0.5 whole medium banana (sliced, 60g)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana cream pudding mix, and almond milk.
  2. Stir well until the mixture is completely smooth, adding more almond milk as needed to achieve a desired pudding consistency.
  3. Prepare your layering elements by crushing the vanilla wafers and slicing the banana.
  4. In a jar or glass, begin layering the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices. Repeat the layers for a beautiful presentation.
  5. Cover the jar and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
