Turn leftover chicken into crunchy, tangy tacos that combine Caesar salad flavors in a portable form. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Optional: croutons, for topping

Instructions

  1. Toss 2 cups shredded chicken with 1/2 cup Caesar dressing until well coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a hot skillet for 10–15 seconds per side.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and place a small handful of chopped romaine down the center.
  4. Spoon the Caesar-coated chicken over the lettuce, aiming for 1/4 cup per taco.
  5. Sprinkle each with grated Parmesan and add croutons if desired.
  6. Roll the tortillas up tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

Best eaten immediately to prevent soggy tortillas. Store components separately for make-ahead options.
